Everyone has the right to exercise and positive mental well being. Check out the projects that we are working on to enable this for as many people as possible.

Caterpillars is a group for parents of children up to the age of 2 years that consists of a 30 minute parent and baby workout followed by a 30 minute wellbeing chat.
