Everyone has the right to exercise and positive mental well-being. Check out the projects that we are working on to enable this for as many people as possible.

A dance-based class for wheelchair users  with excellent cognitive ability who wish to engage in a physically challenging class while building core strength. Age 8 plus

Caterpillars is a group for parents of children up to the age of 2 years that consists of a 30 minute parent and baby workout followed by a 30 minute wellbeing chat.
