Our Community Projects

Everyone has the right to exercise and positive mental well being. Check out the projects that we are working on to enable this for as many people as possible.

A dance-based class for wheelchair-bound participants with excellent cognitive ability who wish to engage in a physically challenging class while building core strength.

A male only fitness and wellbeing session for men aged 16+ which encourages positive mental health through exercise and open discussion.

A mixed ability walking/running session which encourages positive mental health through exercise and open discussion.

A female only fitness and wellbeing session for women aged 16+ which encourages positive mental health through exercise and open discussion.

A female only fitness and wellbeing session for girls aged 11-16yrs which encourages positive mental health through exercise and open discussion.

A ballet class aimed at senior citizens of all abilities which promotes positive physical and cognitive health.

A mixed ability ballet and choir session aimed at those with a depreciative cognitive disease (Dementia and Alzheimer’s) based at Avery Mews Care Home.

A ballroom class aimed at senior citizens of all abilities which promotes positive physical and cognitive health.

A male only fitness and wellbeing session for boys aged 11-16yrs which encourages positive mental health through exercise and open discussion.

A male only theatre craft class aimed at boys aged 9-12yrs of all abilities who have experienced or are at risk of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation).

OUR DANCE

A female only dance class aimed at girls aged 14-19yrs of all abilities who have experienced or are at risk of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation).

Caterpillars is a group for parents of children up to the age of 2 years that consists of a FREE 30 minute parent and baby workout followed by a 15 minute wellbeing chat.
