Strictly Twilight
Strictly Twilight is a fun and sociable ballroom dance class designed especially for older adults of all abilities, promoting both physical and cognitive wellbeing through movement, music, and connection.
Led by our IDTA-qualified instructor, each session begins with a friendly welcome and a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for a variety of classic ballroom styles — including the elegant Waltz, the lively Cha Cha, and the upbeat Quickstep. Every routine is taught at a comfortable pace, with adaptations available so that everyone can take part with confidence and enjoyment.
Ballroom dancing is a wonderful way to stay active, improve balance and posture, and strengthen your core muscles. It also offers significant cognitive benefits — enhancing memory, coordination, and focus as you learn new steps and rhythms.
