Our Partnerships

At TCD, we believe in the power of collaboration to support mental health and wellbeing. By working with like-minded organisations , we can reach more people, offer tailored support, and create lasting change.

Help for Heroes:

Veterans Moving Forward

Starting June 2025, TCD will be delivering the Veterans Moving Forward course in partnership with Help for Heroes. This course is designed to support veterans as they transition into civilian life, offering practical tools, emotional support, and a safe space to share experiences.

-

“Adjusting to civilian life can be challenging, but having a supportive community like TCD makes a real difference. This course will give veterans the skills and confidence to move forward.” — Help for Heroes Representative

Calderdale & Kirklees Recovery College

We’re proud to partner with Calderdale & Kirklees Recovery College to launch new Luke’s Lads and Butterflies sessions. These sessions focus on promoting positive mental health, building confidence, and creating strong peer networks — helping individuals take meaningful steps in their recovery.

“The partnership between TCD and Recovery College means more people will have access to vital mental health support. It’s a powerful step forward for our community.” — Recovery College Staff Member

At TCD, our mission is simple: to create safe, inclusive spaces where people feel heard, supported, and empowered — and these partnerships are a vital part of making that happen.
