HI, I'm Liam and I'm one of the PT's for Luke's Lads I have spent 10 years as nutrition and biomechanics specialist,

I am also a level 3 personal trainer and top amateur UK bodybuilder.
I love working with new people all the time. I find it very rewarding to see the progress and success of my clients and others I help coach.'Reasons for joining the Lukes Lads’ team? Honestly, curiosity. Not in the sense to be nosey, more so to know what it mental health feels like to others We are all affected in different ways when it comes to mental health. My curiosity was see what I could personally offer these gents through my profession and life experience.

It is a very rewarding position to be in to these guys progress not only physically but mentally. Truly inspiring for me to see them develop week by week.

Steven Barlow

Hi, I'm Steven, and I have the pleasure of being one of the trainers for Luke's Lads. With nearly 40 years of experience in the fields of sports and fitness, I've had the opportunity to compete in a variety of sports, including [insert specific sports if applicable]. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals, whether they are aspiring athletes or those looking to improve their overall well-being. My journey with mental health has been significant and transformative. Attending Luke's Lads played a critical role in my recovery, as it provided me with the support and community I needed to rebuild my self-confidence. Through the program, I learned the importance of connection, perseverance, and personal growth. Now, I feel incredibly privileged to give back as a volunteer, helping others navigate their mental health journeys. My goal is to inspire and empower participants, just as I was inspired during my own experience. I believe that everyone deserves support and encouragement as they work towards their goals, and I am committed to being a positive force in their lives

Phil O'Gorman

Hi, I’m Phil, a Coach and Personal Trainer with Team AGOGE. My journey started with boxing and led me to complete the Hatton Fundamentals and advanced training courses, eventually earning my certification through the Hatton Academy Elite course. Living with undiagnosed ADHD and experiencing the stigma of being labelled a 'bad lad' has shaped my coaching philosophy. This motivated me to develop techniques to help children facing similar challenges, especially my own. I began in the boxing ring, where I saw many fighters struggle with the discipline required in the sport. Now, I support competing fighters by 'cornering' them at various boxing events, guiding them through the mental and physical pressures of competition. My goal is to empower every athlete I work with, helping them succeed both in and out of the ring

Tayler Dunstan

Tayler is a fantastic addition to the team at TCD.  She absolutely loves to draw, is an avid reader with an extensive book collection, and considers herself a crazy cat lady. Her love for fitness has always been a significant part of her life; she was a dancer for most of her childhood and into her early adulthood. After a few years away, she has recently found her way back to it. Tayler strongly believes that a good support system and regular workouts have played a crucial role in improving her mental health, and she can’t wait to help others do the same.

Brian Green

Hi I'm  Marc, one of the dedicated facilitators for Luke’s Lads and Lukes Lads Veterans. With my extensive background in the Army, I’ve honed my skills in map reading and developed a passion for cross-country walking. As a qualified walk leader, I’ve become a community voice champion, advocating for the needs and concerns of my fellow community members. In addition, I hold a level 2 Counselling certification and Paediatric first aid training, as well as ASIST certification, demonstrating my commitment to helping others in a variety of ways. I find great fulfillment in my work with Luke’s Lads, knowing that I’m making a positive impact on the community and helping others in need

Hi,I'm Brian, a dedicated facilitator of Luke’s Lads Veterans, and I bring with me a wealth of lived experience from my time in the armed forces. As a veteran myself, I understand first-hand the challenges that come with leaving military life – from struggling with identity and purpose to facing mental health battles in silence. My journey through these challenges fuels my passion for supporting others. I lead each session with empathy, honesty, and a deep respect for the shared experiences of my fellow veterans. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where men can open up without fear of judgment – or simply show up and be among those who understand. My leadership is not just about facilitating; it’s about walking alongside others on the path to recovery and resilience.
