TCD Digital Steps is a friendly and relaxed programme designed for people who would like some extra help developing their everyday digital skills.
Whether you’re completely new to technology, haven’t used a computer for a while or simply want to feel more confident online, our workshops provide step-by-step support at your own pace.
There’s no pressure, no judgement and no previous experience needed.
What can I learn?
Our workshops can help you with:

* Setting up and using email
* Searching and using the internet
* Completing online forms
* Creating documents
* Using apps and online services
* Making video calls
* Staying safe online
* Building confidence with everyday technology
We’ll also listen to what you want to learn and provide support with the digital skills that are most useful to you.
Don’t have a device?
No problem!
You are welcome to bring your own laptop or tablet, or TCD can provide a device for you to use during the workshop.
